KICKSTARTER CAMPAIGN
High Horse emerged onto the music scene in the spring of 2023, and we're now thrilled to embark on our most ambitious project yet - creating our debut full-length album, slated for release this year.
The Album
In early March, our band ventured up to the secluded Great North Sound Studios in rural Maine for three days of music-making, hard work, and high-spirited good times. We tracked 12 new songs and tunes ranging from original compositions, Irish tunes, old-time jams, and music that is hard to classify under any genre.
For this album, we were fortunate to collaborate with world-renowned engineer (and 6th member of the Punch Brothers) Dave Sinko, producer/mandolin-powerhouse Jacob Jolliff, and guest vocalists/musicians Kat Wallace and Jacqui Armbruster. Together, we've crafted a genre-bending collection of music that will captivate and transport our listeners in a way that we hope, they've never experienced.

Risks and Challenges
Kickstarter is an all-or-nothing platform. If we don't reach our funding goal within 30 days, your pledges will be canceled, your credit cards won’t be charged, your rewards won’t be sent out, and our dream of creating this album will be put on hold.
